He has a proven track record of delivering successful programs while collaborating with utilities and industry partners.

With over 15 years of experience in building solutions and energy management, Agbesi has worked with leading organizations such as Johnson Controls (JCI), Honeywell, CMC, GridPoint, and Recurve. His expertise lies in developing customer-centric solutions across various industry segments and managing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth initiatives. In his role at Franklin Energy, Agbesi leverages his extensive experience to contribute to the company’s success in the Northeast market.

With 15 years of experience in sales and national account management, Amanda specializes in driving large-scale HVAC solutions that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. At Daikin, the world’s leading HVAC manufacturer, her team manages large-scale national accounts, REITs, property management firms, and multifamily operators, and focuses on streamlining HVAC equipment procurement and labor services for large-scale projects, turns and renovations, and helping clients transition to high-efficiency solutions. By aligning with Daikin’s commitment to innovation, electrification, and decarbonization, Amanda works to optimize HVAC operations while advancing sustainable, energy-efficient initiatives in the single-family and multifamily markets.

As Manager of Product Innovation for Consumers Energy, Lisa leads a team of Pilot Managers and portfolio of energy waste reduction research and development to test new technology and customer programs that help customers become more sustainable and energy efficient. Expanding her professional experience in sustainability with her community involvement, Lisa serves on various industry Boards and Committees, serving as Board Director for the Michigan Green Building Council, Committee Member for the City of Lansing’s 2030 District Advisory Council, and Co-Chair of the Advancing System and Climate Resiliency Initiatives Committee for the Associate of Energy Services Professionals.

As an Opportunity Architect, Brett Bishop draws on his years as an HVAC system designer, General Contractor, Building Inspector, and Green Building subject matter expert. Recent accomplishments include designing efficient electrification assessments, intuitive service panel load calculator, and decision tree for avoiding service upgrades with emerging technologies. He is currently designing systems for streamlined delivery and implementation of electrification, heat pump technologies, and EV charging across multiple sectors.

Komal Doshi has over a decade of experience working at the intersection of mobility, energy, and communities. She is currently the Vice President of Beneficial Electrification & Mobility at Walker-Miller Energy Services where she works to advance clean mobility through managing the deployment of transportation electrification utility programs, managing installation & maintenance of EV chargers, and advancing research & community engagement in equitable clean mobility in this growing space. In her career, she has worked extensively on supporting the launch of new programs, building tools, providing strategic consulting, and advancing public-private partnerships to further deployment of mobility and energy solutions in the public realm.

Ann Marie is a seasoned executive with a passion for energy and sustainability. As the majority owner and Managing Partner of Power Direct, she oversees all aspects of the business. With a diverse background in marketing, advertising, television production, manufacturing, and finance, Ann Marie brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Ann Marie’s career spans over 25 years, during which time she has held executive leadership roles at companies such as HBO and True Innovations. Her diverse experience in marketing, advertising, television production, manufacturing, strategic planning, finance, data, and operations has equipped her with a unique skill set to navigate the energy industry's complexities. She is dedicated to providing reliable and effective methods for targeting and communicating energy solutions to customers while making a positive impact on the community.

Greg Elcock is Con Edison’s Vice President of Customer Clean Energy Programs, a role that embodies his personal commitment to clean energy.

He leads the company’s delivery of energy efficiency technologies, electrification of buildings and utility scale thermal energy networks. Greg and his teamwork with stakeholders to help shape and deliver New York ‘s climate goals.

He serves on the board of the Building Energy Exchange, Urban Green Council as well as the American Association of Blacks NYC Energy Executive Committee.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of West Indies, a master’s in Energy Management from New York Institute of Technology and a master’s in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.

Aaron Goldfeder is committed to helping world-changing companies navigate AI transformation, energy transition, and climate resilience. As a board member at Franklin Energy, he supports corporate strategy, AI innovation, and product growth to accelerate sustainable energy solutions.

 With a career spanning energy, AI, and software technology, Aaron has led multiple VC-backed ventures, including EnergySavvy(acquired by Uplight) and Meetingflow (acquired by Augment.co). He has helped raise around $40M to develop market-leading SaaS solutions and has contributed to large-scale energy efficiency and decarbonization efforts.

Previously, Aaron held leadership roles at Microsoft and has advised PE and VC-backed companies in AI, energy, and climate technology. Now, as CEO of AZX, he continues to drive innovation at the intersection of AI, sustainability, and business growth.

With 20 years of experience in the single-family residential space, Dustin understands the unique needs of SFR owners and operators. Now a National Account Manager at Daikin, he leverages this expertise to help clients streamline HVAC labor solutions and procurement. His background in managing REO portfolios and trading non-performing first lien mortgages built a strong foundation in asset management and operational efficiencies. Focused on direct owner purchases and integrated turnkey services, he also supports Daikin’s initiative to expand electrification and inverter heat pump adoption across the U.S., helping clients transition to energy-efficient solutions.

Philip Haddix currently manages the Affordable Housing Retrofit Accelerator (AHRA) portfolio at the DC Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU). Prior to this role, he was the DCSEU Portfolio Manager for the award-winning Solar for All program. He joined the DCSEU from The Solar Foundation (TSF), where he most recently led the organization's development and fundraising efforts. For several years prior, he helped create and serve as the first Program Director for the U.S. Department of Energy-funded SolSmart Technical Assistance Provider program, which to date has helped nearly 500 communities across the nation take steps to make it faster, easier, and more affordable to install solar in their jurisdiction. With its focus on solar soft cost reduction, SolSmart was in many ways the successor program to the SunShot Solar Outreach Partnership, which Philip was also involved in at TSF. During this time, he often played a key role in authoring The Solar Foundation’s annual National Solar Jobs Census and associated state-level research products. Philip holds a Master of Public Affairs from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University with concentrations in Energy and Environmental Policy/Natural Resource Management. 

Mitch is the Sales Manager for ecobee Energy, where he leads efforts to help utilities and their partners harness smart thermostat technology for demand-side management and energy efficiency programs. With over seven years of experience in HVAC controls across commercial, multifamily, and residential applications, Mitch has played a key role in advancing energy solutions across North America. His expertise spans a wide range of energy projects, product launch initiatives, supporting customers in optimizing energy use, enhancing grid resiliency, and driving sustainability.

Justin Kjeldsen is the Regional Director of the Pacific Region for Franklin Energy Services. He oversees operations, ensuring the smooth launch and delivery of programs, and he supports strategic planning and growth activities. Justin has been instrumental in the development of NMEC programs, the acceleration of electrification, and the implementation of fund braiding in program design. Early in his career he served time as an EM&V consultant. And then spent a working at PG&E to manage energy efficiency programs across nearly every customer sector while helping to shape their portfolio. He is passionate about our industry’s impacts on climate change and is proud of the work he does. He currently lives in Sacramento with his wife and two kids, and black lab.

Dan Leff has experience building, leading, and restructuring global energy services, industrial automation/manufacturing, technology, and software companies. Dan is currently an investor, advisor, and board member in growth companies, and advisor to PE/VC funds - involved in climate tech and the energy transition.

Formerly, Dan was COO of Invensys Energy Management & co-COO of its London-based parent, Invensys plc. Earlier, Dan was chairman & CEO of Enron Energy Services post-Enron’s bankruptcy filing, and COO of Enron Energy Services pre-filing. Formerly, Dan co-founded a nationwide energy services company, was CEO of a NYC-based energy services company, and worked for United Technologies Carrier domestically and internationally.

Brooke Smallwood is the Energy Practice Lead for The JPI Group, with a career in energy spanning over 20 years. She is widely recognized for her expertise in designing and managing innovative utility programs, including energy efficiency, electric vehicle (EV), and distributed energy resource (DER) initiatives for organizations such as Pepco, Delmarva Power, and Southern Company.

Laree St. Onge is the Vice President of Member Services and Energy Solutions at Trico Electric Cooperative and has over 18 years of experience in the utility industry, 14 of which have been with Trico.

Laree manages the areas of Member Services, Economic Development, Strategic and commercial accounts as well as Trico’s Sustainable Energy programs.

Laree has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Arizona and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix and is a certified Project Management Professional.  

In her spare time, Laree enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs as well as watching drag racing and building LEGO.

Jason Swanson is an engineering professional with over two decades of experience in directional and mechanical engineering. Currently residing in Albuquerque, NM, Jason has a diverse background shaped by his upbringing in Omaha, his career development in Phoenix, and his current endeavors in New Mexico. At AM Conservation, Jason serves as the Director of Engineering, overseeing the strategic direction and implementation of engineering projects aimed at innovation and efficiency.

Jon Zeslawski is our Senior Director of Transformation, leading our TMO team. He has 15 years of experience delivering operational excellence, driving performance improvement and creating enterprise-wide customer value across various industries, including Energy & Utilities, Automotive, Consumer Products, Financial Services & Healthcare.

As a Lean Leader and Coach, Jon has a passion for transformational change and collaborates with business leaders to deliver lasting improvements across diverse business units such as Field Force, Warehousing, Finance Operations, Contact Centers and more. 

Originally from the UK, Jon now lives in New Jersey with his wife Linda, and daughter Ada. He is a fan of West Bromwich Albion and the Green Bay Packers, and in his spare time you'll find him hiking, biking and listening to music.
