We can accommodate any dietary restrictions! Be sure to indicate them in the designated field when you register for the Summit. If you've already registered but forgot to include a restriction, send us a message and we'll take care of it.

Our speakers' slide decks will be available after the conclusion of the Summit. You can access them on this page, and we'll email you when they become available. 

We recommend flying into the Charleston International Airport. 

You are welcome to bring your family for some fun in the sun, but please note we will only be hosting complimentary meals for registered attendees. Additionally, complimentary hotel rooms provided are standard; if you would like to upgrade to a suite, you will need to cover the cost.

You will be responsible for covering airfare or any related transportation costs in getting to the Summit. Once you're here, your room is complementary for March 24 - 26. If you wish to extend your stay, you will be responsible for any associated costs. We will also provide meals and snacks throughout the duration of the Summit.

Please pack business casual attire for the sessions during the day, but feel free to break out your wild side at night with outfits fit for a beachside bash.

Your complimentary hotel room needs to be booked no later than February 24th.

Rideshare and taxi services are available at Charleston International Airport. If you come directly from the airport, we will offer a baggage holding area at the office. You can find the office at the following address:

We will provide a complimentary shuttle service from the office to Wild Dunes upon completion of the warehouse tour.

We will be offering a free portable device charging station sponsored by EcoFlow. You're welcome to use it during the day, whenever a charger is available.
